Terms and conditions
Some house rules :
1. 10,000/- security deposit in cash to be submitted at check in 1pm which will be refunded at the time of check out.
2. Outdoor music and pool usage till 9pm.
3. We have inverter back up that may last till 4 hours. There’ll be no refund if there’s a power outage and the inverter goes out.
4. Original ID proofs of at least 3 people to be submitted at check in.
5. Smoking and hookah allowed in the balconies. There’s a designated smoking area inside the living room.
6. There’s an outdoor commercial kitchen for cooking. Only microwave, induction and refrigerator can be used in the indoor kitchen.
