House Rules:
- Checkin Time 1:00 pm and Checkout at 11:00 am.
- We will require the ID proofs of all guests travelling to the villa
- No music allowed outdoors after 10 pm. We do not allow loud music and try to maintain a peaceful environment. According to Government of India regulations, loud amplified music is not allowed beyond 10 PM. This is also in consideration for our neighbours we need to respect.
- No use of the Pool after 10 pm strictly.
- Please note we do not have a lifeguard at the swimming pool area. Guests need to take caution and not leave children unattended. Red Stone Villas will not be responsible for any accidents or mishaps resulting from swimming or playing in the water
- A security deposit of INR 5,000 for each villa will be taken by the caretaker at the time of checkin which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout.
- Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited
- Main villa gate shall be closed at 10 pm after which entry or exit to the villa shall not be allowed.
- DJ are strictly not allowed at this house
- Any damage to artifacts at villa shall lead to deduction in security deposit
- Drive slowly on the road which leads to Villa as there are nearby villagers and kids who wander around.
- No floating guests allowed who shall come from Pune/Mumbai at the villa for a day and leave by night. Incase of any penalty of Rs. 2000/- will be charged to each guest.

Pet policy at Villa
- Pet shall be charged INR 500/- per pet which is to be paid at villa to our on site team.
- Pets are Strictly NOT allowed in any of the sofas or on the beds
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- Additional pet deposit of INR 5000 for the pet will be taken along with house security deposit which is refunded at checkout.
- Please make sure the pets are ticks fee and vaccinated and are being monitored by the owner at All times so prevent any emergency

Cancellation Policy:
Strict Cancellation - No refund
