*House Rules:*
- Checkin 1 pm and Checkout 11 am
- No music allowed outdoors after 10 pm, can be played indoors at low volume.
- Guests are not allowed to cook in the Kitchen
- No using of Pool after 10 pm
- A security deposit of INR 5000 will be taken by the caretaker at the time of checkin which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout.
- Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited
*Pet policy at Villa*
- Pet shall be charged INR 500/- per pet which is to be paid at villa to our on site team.
- Pets are Strictly NOT allowed in any of the sofas or on the beds
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
- Additional pet deposit of INR 5000 for the pet will be taken along with house security deposit which is refunded at checkout.
- please make sure the pets are ticks fee and vaccinated and are being monitored by the owner at All times so prevent any emergency
Payment Policy:
- Full payment has to be made on confirming the booking
- Guest can make online transfer or can Cash Deposit at the nearest HDFC bank
