Brookvale is a lovely 5 bedroom villa that sits in a sprawling 2.5 acres of mango and coconut orchard.
The Villa is centered around a gorgeous pool and all rooms in the villa are spacious with high ceilings and fitted with large designer bathrooms to pamper you on your vacation. Each and every space in the villa from the bedrooms to the living area and even the bathrooms has their own individuality while being surrounded by gorgeous landscaped areas. All the bedrooms open out into beautiful green areas or sit outs.
The Villa comfortably fits up to 12 people but can accommodate more with mattresses being laid out in the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you can choose to cook by yourself or we can arrange a local cook for you or enjoy the food we can cook at the property itself comprising of delicious Buffets for Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner, & Breakfast (select timings).
So spend your days in the pool amidst the company of close friends and family and spend your evenings chatting and star gazing while you barbeque under the moon.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy: No refund will be given for cancellation. No exceptions. Once booked cannot be cancelled
100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation at least 24 hours prior or your booking will be cancelled automatically and there will be no refund on any advance paid
Bookings should be confirmed by email with the guest list and the residence and office address of the guest, this is mandatory
Check-in 1.00 pm and check-out time 11.00 am (Late Check-out at no additional cost strictly on availability until 1.00 pm. Please confirm your late check-out charges in advance
Maids and Drivers will be charged extra @ INR 500 per day incase the group size exceeds 12 pax
Security deposit of INR 10,000 to INR 20,000 will be charged for per stay at check-in.This will be refunded on check-out incase there is no damange to propety and all the bills and accounts are settled
Photo ID is mandatory on check-inSTRICTLY No pets are allowed
Meal Plans start at INR 1,200 per person for all meals during your stay
Cooks and Helpers are available from INR 4,000 per day - Jain/Veg/Non-Veg (Incase you plan not to take the meal package)
Housekeeping service is complimentary
Utility charges will be charged to as per the group size. Please confirm your utility charges when you book
House Keeping timings: 9.00 am to 10.30 pm and until checkout or 1.00 pm max
Bartenders/ Waiters can be hired at an additional cost
NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or enclosed areas. Smoking is permited in all open areas, terraces, balconies
Strictly NO eating inside the pool and any bedroomsChildren below 7 should be accompanied by parents or maids at all times
Music is only permitted upto 10.00 pm as per the Indian Govt. Law. Guests can hire Speakers at an additional cost
Music can only be played under permissible sound limits
Loud DJ music is not allowed as per the Indian laws
Drugs or illegal substances or materials are strictly prohibited in the propertyThe right of the Management is final and if there is any act of indiscipline, guests may be asked to vacate the property without any refund
By booking this villa you will be under the Leave & Licence act of the Govt. of Maharashtra State for the days you will be occuping the premises. All claims would be settled only in the Jurisdiction of Raigad
